How often are you plugged in? Computer Use
what percentage of the time that you are on a computer...
is it academic?
is it entertainment?
is it for audio files?
social networking use?
can we establish a social network for academic work on facebook?
what is the effectiveness of the on-line courses?
would you take another course
there are several issues with the on-line courses
Kids visions?
What tech do you think you need to learn?
What do you want to see in school?
If the school allowed you to bring your personal laptop or mini to use in school would you?

One of my professional goals for the current year is to develop a (valid and reliable) survey for measuring factors related to teachers' use of computers. I have adapted a survey used in other fields and am currently in search of folks to answer the questions so that I can determine internal consistency of the items.
Right now, there are six sections and a total of 81 questions...
I had students complete it to help me find typos, and it took them about 10 minutes to complete all six sections.

Many students are students are involved in YWP this year, so it might be appropriate… and might be useful when looking at budget next year… This following are some questions I asked my students this week.
